I've used their products for years and if you're tech savvy you should have no problems programming the dialer and getting it online. If you need it, their tech support is friendly and know their products very well and they are IN THE U.S.A.I use these 2 channel input units for the final set in my standby generator installs.During the generator install I provide an outlet that is ONLY powered when the generator is running.Using a DPST 1NO 1NC 8Amp Power Relay Module(ASIN B089QCG6GK) via Amazon, which activates on 120vac and provides a dry contact. The 120vac comes from the generator-only outlet and the N.O. contacts get wired to one of the 1 channels on the voice dialer.Since the voice-dialer has a nonvolatile memory it will not loose any settings programmed into it, the voice dialer is plugged into a normal outlet, and although this outlet may be interrupted during a power failure, as soon as power is restored, and the N.O. contacts are now closed, the dialer proceeds doing it's thing and starts its notification process without a hitch. This also has a dual purpose when installed this way, the weekly tests that are initiated by the generator also activate the voice-dialer.
