I recently purchased this product for use in cleaning up around my computers and desk area (with the added thought of using it when I detail my vehicles instead of dragging my air compressor out every time).I actually bought it used through the Amazon Warehouse, and although the description said it was fully functional it didn't blow any air at all when I received it. I knew the product had a lifetime warranty, so I contacted the company when Amazon only offered to accept my item as a return. I was able to immediately get someone on the phone, who was extremely understanding of the issue and helped me out right away. Within minutes I had an RMA tag, and my unit was returned to me almost immediately after they received it for the repair.Once I received the repaired unit, I immediately went to work cleaning up around my office. I was impressed with how long one charge lasted, and there was no constant stopping to wait for the can to warm up again and actually work like you have to do with compressed air. The X3 puts out a lot of air, and definitely enough to do the jobs it would typically be used for. The air stream certainly isn't as pointed or forceful as it is with a can of compressed air, but that's because the nozzle is bigger. However, when used with the small included brush attachment, I was able to get every dusty part clean as well as, if not better than, I could have done with a can.Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase. The price certainly seems high at first, but once you look at the price of compressed air cans you realize that this unit will pay for itself pretty quickly if you use them regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again if I had to, but with a lifetime warranty I know I never will!!
