What a disappointment, I bought the highest priced one hoping it would work. NOPE! I had to tap on it to get it to return to idle setting, but who wants to raise the hood and hit the thing every time you come to a stop? LOL! I bought a rebuilt one from a Mercedes parts supplier and it works great.
