The chiller works okay, but it stopped functioning shortly after the 30 day Amazon return window. I was referred to the seller by Amazon to seek return authorization within their 90 day warranty. After over three frustrating weeks of running tests requested by seller/tech support and sending videos of these tests through WhatsApp (Amazon's email does not support attachments over 10 MB) and 52 emails approval for return was finally approved! The only reason that I gave product two stars is that it seems to work as advertised, I would advise finding a chiller from a different manufacturer/seller if you need one.
