While the book illustrates the basic ideas for electronic packaging design and calculations, it does not have the step by step you would expect in a text book. There are numerous wrong equation number references, and the most horrified thing is that there are many calculations that are either skipped or done without showing engineering units. This is a bad habit for whoever reads this book and learn from, unless they want the repeat the same fatal mars lander unit conversion error again. I would not recommend this book.
