The Customer Service is excellent, the seller has answered all my questions and does everything possible to solve my problems.The order arrived in the time indicated at the time of purchase.The product came with appropriate packaging and arrived in perfect condition to my hands.This product only includes the receiver and a USB cable with a C terminal that is required for power.In addition to the product and the cable, a small paper is also included where the website is printed where you can find all the instructions, technical information and software to put this equipment into operation.In my case, as soon as I went to the website and downloaded the software on a micro SD memory, I connected the equipment to a 5 V USB adapter, I also connected an HF antenna to the antenna input and I also connected a GPS antenna ( not included). The web-888 immediately worked perfectly.Following the instructions I was able to enter the configuration dash board through my computer and everything worked perfectly well.So far, the reception and setup have been completely satisfactory and have met all my expectations.I think this product is well made, looks hi quality.While I have been using it I have not been able to notice any increases in temperature as the included fan works perfectly.The fan is a bit noisy but the instructions indicate some steps that can be followed to reduce the noise, I have not done them yet.I can recommend this equipment and I want to emphasize once again that the customer service is excellent.
