Silicone is the best test lead jacket material, combining high flexibility, even at low temperatures, with resistance to burns and chemicals. The conductor is highly stranded soft bare copper for additional flexibility. 20 AWG (0.50 sq mm) Silicone jacket, 10 A maximum current. Meets the safety requirements of IEC 61010-031 CAT III. IEC rating: 1,000 V CAT III. Conductor area: 0.50 sq mm. Stranding: #130 x 0.07mm diameter. Temperature: -60 to +180 degree C. RoHS (2002/95/EC) compliant. Green color. Measures 2.7mm OD by 50m length.

Exactly as advertised. Bought both red and black and used them to replace older multi-meter test lead wires for a small "pocket" meter with 20 ga. leads and smaller probes (most use 18 ga. leads). Extremely flexible with high voltage rating and silicone insulation. Significantly better than the original test lead wire, even when it was new.
