The phone arrives a week late even though I paid extra for 2 day shipping. After arrival works well looks good could put my SIM (Tmobil) and worked right away. BUT- SPRINT SOFTWARE WILL NOT STOP. I HAVE TO IGNOR THE INCESSANT PROMPT TO REGISTER/ACTIVATE MY DEVICE.. I will eventually get that software off the phone and with that I will be somewhat satisfied with the purchase. Vendor was less than helpful about late shipping using generic COVID late shipment statement to my many attempts to contact them. No offer to repay the extra $ I paid for 2 day shipping either. So overall vendor was not good and product was mostly as stated. Could have paid $100 less thru other vendor but with the 'not so true' description of the product and shipping time .. But what's done is done. Now I won't use the vendor again. Should have returned the phone but needed it and after waiting a week longer than planned didn't have the option.. Lesson learned..Phone is great! Battery life is and charging time are great for the amount of time I utilize my phone. This phone is literally like my computer. A majority of my work I do on my phone whether it be emails, word documents or even excel. I also am able to send documents to my printer. No complaintsYep, useless now. AT&T software and branding on it means that it has bloatware and will act like an AT&T device even if it is actually unlocked and could be used on other carrier networks. The mention of CDMA and GSM are useless since the phone is 4G LTE and most 3G (GSM/CDMA) networks are being shutdown anyway.You cannot root Samsung Devices without breaking Knox, and you lose many features if you do that.The phone arrived early and was in otherwise excellent condition physically. Came with a tool, a charger and wall wart. Phone was protected by some cheap film. Screen had a few scratches visible from arm's length, but all the others were only visible while the screen is off under direct light reflections (micro cracks). It was otherwise just fine physically.It's the branding and the software that I don't appreciate not knowing about ahead of time. Unlocked is synonymous with unbranded, but there's no indication that you're receiving a carrier branded device.Like qualityI bought this phone specifically to connect to the verizon network through straight talk using their byop sim pack. Now I just researched how to tell if your phone is unlocked and this one is not. There is no cellular data area anywhere in settings!everything works as intended and great camera. Was able to put my cricket sim card in and it worked fine
