The series features superior input impedances for enhanced measurement performance when compared to other oscilloscope probes. It is a high voltage, high accuracy 100x passive voltage probe with a 100 mohms input impedance. The low voltage coefficient (VCR) allows for a 1percent accuracy at high voltage measurements. Bandwidth: 150 MHz. Attenuation: 100x. Input Impedance: 100 mohms. Input Capacitance: =5 pF. Output Impedance: 1 mohms. Risetime : 1.8 ns. IEC Rating: 2,000 V CAT I. Compensation: 10-30 pF. Used these leads to check inverter waveforms at 110V and above. Quality seems better than the 1/10x leads that came with my scope. Price was right. Note that there are a bunch of varieties of these leads that vary widely in price--I bought one of the cheap sets that was around $17 I think.
