Very nice test lead wire. Very flexible. The PVC insulation is very supple and is significantly lighter than the silicone for when you don't need the really high voltage insulation. The silicone insulated test leads I've made have a tendency to drag whatever they're connected to off the bench when I let them hang over the bench front, which I tend to do to keep the bench as neat as possible. The wire itself is very flexible, made of a large number of small diameter copper strands. Note the strands are not tinned. I'm pretty sure that's on purpose but don't recall just why that's preferred. Solders up very nicely and makes a very handsome test lead. Hard to find in modest volume and this is a great per-foot price.
